Depending on what state you live in, the Fuelato marijuana strain may be legal for you to consume. Although in many states, it is not legal. The 2018 Farm Bill does allow for some hemp or cannabis derived tetrahydrocannabinol or THC to be legal in all states but this is only the case if it only contains less than .3% of THC. This unfortunately does not apply to the Fuelato strain because it has been known to contain levels of over 20% THC.
