Here we go! Now that Canada has legalized edibles, we have a flurry of new CBD products on the market.
But wait… this is a fitness channel!

Correct! And that’s why I’m discussing CBD and what benefits it has on the body!

So for those that don’t know, CBD is 1 of the 2 components of Marijuana, CBD is not psychoactive unlike it’s counterpart THC.

Some of the benefits of CBD include:

The product I’m reviewing today is by @everiebeverages and the flavour I’m testing is a Mango Passion Fruit.

Honestly the taste is good, but the effects of the CBD are too weak to get any sensation from or reduction in pain relief. That’s why I would give this 6/10, taste is good, but if I want CBD relief, I wouldn’t go to this as my first choice.
