Hi my name is Shonda and I am a nurse who was disciplined for failing a pre-employment screening due to cannabis. The path has been challenging the last 5 years with understanding the laws and how they affect employers as well as employees. My goal is to help employers ensure they have safety measures in place protecting their business as well as employees who may not understand their laws for their state or wondering how they can protect themselves from loss of employment and sometimes worse.
